Describe francis. would you want to be his friend? why or why not tkam

Social Studies

I wouldn't because Francis is pretty mean to Scout and her family. He makes fun of Atticus that makes Scout really mad. But, the other side of the story is that Francis doesn't really have a permanent home and really is just repeating what he's heard other people say. Francis can be arrogant and prejudice even though he doesn't really have his own opinion.

mote1985 [20]
The appropriate response is Random sample. A simple random sample is a subset of a measurable populace in which every individual from the subset has an equivalent likelihood of being picked. A case of a basic irregular specimen would be the names of 25 workers being picked out of a cap from an organization of 250 representatives.

The qualitative forecasting method is based on opinion & intuition. True or False
lora16 [44]

Answer: TRUE

Explanation: Qualitative forecasting method are mostly based on survey polls, opinions of expert, etc.

While Quantitative deals with measurable numerical qualities, the qualitative deals with observation and opinions.

Qualitative forecasting method is a forecasting method that favours the intuitions and opinions of experts over numeric historic data. While the numeric data analysis will show that increase in production will lead to increase in sales for the coming year in a tobacco company , the experienced sales managers will let the company know that due to the recent law enforced by the government, there will be low sales in the following year. This will allow the company to either reduce their production rate or stay on the same production rate but not increase production.
