If the court finds certain laws that violate the rights and liberties that are constitutionalized, they have the power according to judicial review to make those laws unenforceable. Judicial Review was proposed by Alexander Hamilton in Federalist paper 78.

For example, if the court finds that a bill is created in which rights, liberties or equality of a certain group of people is violated, they will nullify the laws.
