The molecule has a central atom S, 2 ligands H, and 2 lone pairs of electrons around the central atom. According to the VESPR theory, the molecular geometry is bent.

The bonds are slightly polar because the difference in electronegativity is EN(S) - EN(H) = 2.5 - 2.1 = 0.4. However, due to the bent geometry, the individual dipole moments are added, resulting in a net dipole moment.

Since H₂S molecules are polar, the intermolecular forces between H₂S molecules are dipole-dipole.

Two forces are to be considered upon answering this item. The first one would have to be the forces occurring between the atoms of a single H2S molecule. This type of forces is the dipole-dipole interaction forces. Also, the intermolecular forces that would occur for the interaction of H2S molecule to a neighboring H2S molecule is also Dipole-dipole intermolecular forces.
