However, a common asumption students tend to do is to believe that Side-Side-Angle is a theorem that they can use to demonstrate congruence, but that's no true, because it cannot be applied as a general rule. This "theorem" doesn't guarantee that those triangles are congruent.

That's why the proper congruence is made when the angle is between the pair of corresponding congruent sides which is SAS postulate.

Therefore, the right answer is SSA.
