The most common example of the Positive Feedback Mechanism is the child birth. During child birth, the child pushes on the walls of uterus. This stimulates the pressure receptors which send signals to brain to release oxytocin. This oxytocin causes the wall of uterus to contract further, which is again detected by the pressure receptors. This sends signals to the brain again and this process continues in this loop.
