I think you should pull them aside to have a serious talk before they pop the question. explain to them that it doesn’t have anything to do with them, but because you simply arent ready. if they really do love you they’ll understand and wait until you’re ready. it may hurt, but it’ll be the best for both of you in the long run. gl <3
