The statement "stretching should be accompanied by slow deep breaths" is true.

Further Explanation:

Stretching is a type of exercise in which the body is deliberately stretched or flexed to increase the flexibility of the body or specific muscle. The muscles elasticity and muscle toning are achieved by stretching. This exercise results in increasing flexibility, control in muscles and increase in the range of movement. There are variable varieties of stretching exercises that are used to relax the muscles and the body.Stretching can prove to be very beneficial if done in the morning. it increases the circulation of blood all throughout the body making at active and ready for the day. Stretching before any exercise at the gym is necessary to prepare the body for the different exercises of the workout. It activates the body by increasing the flow of blood to the stretch parts.

Trunk rotation is an example of stretching exercise that can strengthen the muscles of different parts of the body. The muscles are; transversus abdominis which strengthens the pelvis and the lower back, the external oblique which strengthens the side abs and helps in rotation of the trunk, the internal oblique that also helps in the rotation of the trunk and eases the movement of the muscles. The trunk flexion is a type of dynamic flexibility assessment.

The exhalation followed by rotation of the torso in slow motion at a certain direction is typically a trunk flex on. Slow and deep breaths after any stretching provides rest as well as time for the body to adjust with the stretching of the muscles. Therefore, stretching should be accompanied by slow breaths.

Answer:

The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away from and towards the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart and veins carry blood back to the heart. The circulatory system carries oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells, and removes waste products, like carbon dioxide.

Your circulatory system delivers oxygen-rich blood to your bones. Meanwhile, your bones are busy making new blood cells. Working together, these systems maintain internal stability and balance, otherwise known as homeostasis

Why do you think it is so hard for people to get help for themselves?
ANEK [815]

It's hard for people to get help for themselves because they are embarrassed or afraid. Many people are scared of being judged or getting rejected so they don't want to get help. If someone asks them if they need help, they might say yes but otherwise, they wouldn't ask unless they know that nothing would happen to them, but even then, they would rather not ask.

3. Bodyweight Training

Explanation:

Aerobic exercise such as walking, running, and cycling is well-known as a way to help increase the number of calories you burn in a day and thereby shed extra pounds. But strength training helps, too (even if you’re not burning a huge number of calories during the workout).
