"The Salerno invasion would not have occurred"

Answer:

The Salerno invasion would not have occurred.

Explanation:

British Navy Lieutenant William Martin was traveling from London to North Africa in 1943 when his plane crashed offshore near the Spanish coast. He carried a delicate correspondence: the place where the Allies would invade southern Europe.

Within days, the documents were in the hands of the Germans. The corpse was returned with all his belongings, including the letter that said the destination of the invasion was Greece. The Germans reinforced the defenses in the country and continued to believe that this would be the landing site, even when Allied troops began to appear in Sicily.

Martin, of course, was a lie. It was a character invented by British intelligence in Operation Mincemeat: the body was from Glyndwr Michael, a boy who died poisoned in England.

If this operation had not been successful Salerno's invasion would not have occurred.

Connection between crime and unequal access to basic service
galina1969 [7]
Truthfully speaking there is none. There are plenty of "underprivileged" people who have risen to success based on their determination. Everyone has equal access to information because information is free. The only reason someone would commit a crime is if they were brought up into believing that that was what was expected of them from society due to their geographical location, income, color, religion, etc. Those who are determined to push past the narrative prove that "unequal access to basic services" and crime are not directly related. Anyone who tells you otherwise wishes you to remain a slave to the system because they believe that being poor is where you belong and where you should stay.
