It may not look like it, but there is. There are only two 7's in both numbers, but in 7,742, 42 can be divided by 7, and 7,742 can be divided by 7 as well, that gives it 4 relations to the number 7. In the number 7,785, 7 can not be divided into 85 or 7,785. I hope this made sense, I tried to explain it as well as I could
