Answer:As scientific understanding of genetics improved, it became clear that animals inherit traits from their parents. Traits are passed on through genes, which are small bits of information in your cells. ... The goal of their breeding program then becomes to produce animals that have these good traits.

Hope this helps!- Autumn♥

What are some examples of comparative anatomy as evidence of evolution?
velikii [3]
The easiest example is of Pentadactyl limbs. This is the 5 bone structure of the 'arm' of different animals being similar, contributing to the explanation of common ancestors. Animals that have this are whales, horses, dogs, cows, birds and even humans. We each share the same five bones in similar places but with some of them changed to suit certain functions ie birds are more spread to support flying, while humans are made for throwing, picking up and holding things.

Which three of the following statements accurately describe the blood buffering system in humans? the blood buffering system . .
Bogdan [553]
The truth about blood buffering is that 1). mantains the ph of blood near to 7.4. 2) utilizes the H2CO3/HCO3– conjugate acid/base pair and 3) is facilitated by the enzyme carbonic anhydrase, which interconverts carbon dioxide and water to carbonic acid. Have in mind that the buffer is written as the following: CO2(aq) + H2O(l) <==> H+(aq) + HCO3^-(aq)

Describe some of the ways in which real-world pateontology is different from how it is presented in movies
garik1379 [7]

Answer:

Paleontology in the real world isn't as careless and usually in movies they mis-label things. Paleontology isn't as simple as it seems and in many movies they portray little effort or processing and handling of the fossils. It requires much attention and you have to take care of the bones. Jurassic Park is a great example of fake paleontology and comparing it to real paleontology can surprise you.
