I recently sprained my ankle (2/11/18), and am getting an ankle brace today...can I still wear shoes on that foot? Its been hurt

ing to put on shoes if I don’t move slowly and I have been walking with a limp. I have school on Tuesday...can a wear my trainers?? (Sneakers)

If it hurts to much to put weight on you could use crutches for a few days. You should still be able to wear your shoes with an ankle brace (if they are loose enough). Wear sneakers until it feels better because they will give you the most support and decrease your likelihood of rolling your ankle again. Keep it elevated and ice it for 15 min. An hour. Hope you feel better! :)

Just see if your shoe fits on that foot, it might be swollen or uncomfortable. Do what feels best to you.
