If it hurts to much to put weight on you could use crutches for a few days. You should still be able to wear your shoes with an ankle brace (if they are loose enough). Wear sneakers until it feels better because they will give you the most support and decrease your likelihood of rolling your ankle again. Keep it elevated and ice it for 15 min. An hour. Hope you feel better! :)

Just see if your shoe fits on that foot, it might be swollen or uncomfortable. Do what feels best to you.

Which skill are you using when you try to influence the decisions that others make about their health?
Viktor [21]

The correct answer would be option B, Advocacy.

Advocacy is the skill you are using when you try to influence the decisions that others make about their health.

Explanation:

If someone talks about his or her decision about his health, and you think that their decision is not good for them, you try to influence their decision by making them understand the true consequences of their decision. You try to support them, or try to give them recommendations. This skill of providing recommendations about a certain thing or issue to someone is called as advocacy.

Advocacy is basically a public support given to someone in any case to help him in the current situation.

Ann has been diagnosed with hypertension and is now worried about her health. Which exercise option would most benefit her?
Lapatulllka [165]

I'm not certain of what the options are, but hypertension is when one develops a high-blood pressure while exercising, so something like stretching, walking, swimming, and cycling would be beneficial (or anything low in intensity.)

I hope this helps!! :)
