I would say it is A. infinitely. The reason for my answer is because the question asks without any limiting factors. Without limiting factors, such as clean water, or houses, I don't see why the population isn't able to grow infinitely. If its not A it is probably another way you may have learned, so you should probably go with D second. Hope this helps!
