Greeley [361]

Answer:

The symptoms indicate jaundice ,which is due to immaturity of the liver.

Explanation:

This condition is known as Hyperbilirubinemia.

During pregnancy ,the bilirubin is removed from the baby's blood by the placenta. When the  baby is born, this function is taken over by the liver of the baby.

Bilirubin can accumulate in blood ,fluid and tissues, if the liver is not functioning properly or has some infection. Since Bilirubin has a pigment it causes the yellowish tinge in skin and eyes, the condition which is known as Jaundice.

The Jaundice which occurs within the very first few days of child birth is known as Physiologic jaundice. Low levels of Bilirubin are not a major concern, but measures should be taken so that Bilirubin does not increase to dangerous levels.

BaLLatris [955]

Answer:

Managers use a0 of their organization to help them plan and implement programs in their communities - this statement is false.

Explanation:

Four or more managers taking care of marketing activities report to the Vice president of Marketing or the Chief Marketing Officer. Numerous Regional Sales Managers and an International Sales Manager report to the Sales Manager. And finally, the product or brand managers and their subordinates - their contribution is of utmost importance. Why is Europe called “the peninsula of peninsulas”? What is a peninsula?
Scilla [17]
A piece of land almost surrounded by water or projecting out into a body of water.

Europe is called this because
The continents of Europe and Asia form the Eurasian landmass. The continent of Europe sticks out from the western end of this landmass. It looks like a giant peninsula. Inside Europe are other peninsulas like the Balkan Peninsula, the Iberian Peninsula, the Italian Peninsula and the Scandinavian Peninsula; which all goes to explain how Europe got its nickname - the peninsula of peninsulas.
