The answer to your question is 24/25. Remember that Cos is taking the adjacent side and the hypotenuse of the triangle from the angle you want calculated.

Which is a simplified form of the expression -4(n + 1) – (n + 2)?
Nadya [2.5K]

Answer:

-(5 n + 6)

Step-by-step explanation:

Simplify the following:

-4 (n + 1) - (n + 2)

-4 (n + 1) = -4 n - 4:

-4 n - 4 - (n + 2)

-(n + 2) = -n - 2:

-4 - 4 n + -n - 2

Grouping like terms, -4 - 4 n - 2 - n = (-4 n - n) + (-4 - 2):

(-4 n - n) + (-4 - 2)

-4 n - n = -5 n:

-5 n + (-4 - 2)

-4 - 2 = -(4 + 2):

-5 n + -(4 + 2)

4 + 2 = 6:

-5 n - 6

Factor -1 out of -5 n - 6:

Answer: -(5 n + 6)

Rhombus ABCD with vertices A(2, 6), B(6, 7),<br> C(5, 3), and D(1, 2): 180°
Korvikt [17]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Rule for the rotation of a point 180° about the origin is,

(x, y) → (-x, -y)

Therefore, images of the points after the rotation of 180° will be,

A(2, 6) → A'(-2, -6)

B(6, 7) → B'(-6, -7)

C(5, 3) → C'(-5, -3)

D(1, 2) → D'(-1, -2)

Now we can plot these points on the graph as attached.

Damm [24]
4x^2+9y^2=36\\&#10;\\&#10;\frac{4x^2}{36}+\frac{9y^2}{36}=\frac{36}{36}\\&#10;\\&#10;\boxed{\frac{x^2}{9}+\frac{y^2}{4}=1}

This is a equation of a ellipse (0,0) centered

Show all four symbols of multiplication using the variables a/b
OlgaM077 [116]

Answer:

Multiplication Symbols:

<u>1.</u><u> Times</u> ×

<u>2.</u><u> Dot</u>  ⋅

<u>3.</u><u> Parentheses</u> ()

<u>4.</u><u> Variables next to each other</u> <em>ab</em>

Step-by-step explanation:

The symbols can be used like this...

Times: <em>a</em> × <em>b</em> = <em>c</em>

Dot: <em>a</em> ⋅ <em>b</em> = <em>c</em>

Parentheses:<em> </em>(<em>a</em>)(<em>b</em>) = <em>c</em>

Variables next to each other: <em>ab </em>= <em>c</em>
