Stop exercising and lose weight. Many people who participate in the crash diets, does it because it seems a lot easier to lose weight, rather than exercising. But, it provides false hope.
Psychologists would be most likely to compare consciousness to a "raft traveling along a river" hence the saying "stream of consciousness". If the raft is us and the river is consciousness, part of us is submerged in consciousness, but most of us is not, which presents the vast subconscious mind. Hope this helps!

This is a fast paced exercise. You want to go down into a push-up position, then bring your legs forward to propel yourself into a jump. Then bend back down and extend yourself back into a push-up position, and repeat the process as many times as you’d like.
