Answer:

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

Distance formula between two points ,

(x_{1},y_{1}) {\text{and}}, (x_{2},y_{2}), is=\sqrt{(x_{2}-x_{1})^2+(y_{2}-y_{1})^2}}

Length

= Distance between Points ,(7,3) and (12,3)

               =\sqrt{(12-7)^2+(3-3)^2}\\\\=5

Breadth

=Distance between Points ,(12,3) and (12,11)

               =\sqrt{(12-12)^2+(3-11)^2}\\\\=8

→→Area = 5 × 8

     = 40 square units

(06.01) What is the value of the expression shown below? 3 over 6 to the power of 2 + 7 × 4 − 5 6 and 1 over 4 6 and 1 over 2 23
never [62]

Answer: 23(1/4)

Step-by-step explanation: this is the answer you can star resolving the equation into the parenthesis

(3/6)² + 7 *4  - 5

if we elevate to the power of 2 the values into the parenthesis, we get the following equation.

(9/36) + 7*4 -5

after this we follow with the values into the parenthesis, if you divide 9 over 36 we get the following result

9/36 = 0.25

then we get the following equation

0.25 +7*4 - 5

after that we can resolve the multiplication getting the following equation

0.25 +28 - 5

then if we resolve the subtraction, we will get this result.

28-5 = 23

then we have 0.25 + 23 this equation is equal to 23.25

if you follow the answer will be one with 23, then we get the possible results, if you divide 1/4=0.25

then we get that the result is

23(1/4)

A triangle has one angel that measures 51 degrees and one angle that measures 39 degrees. what kind of triangle is it?
sp2606 [1]
Those two angles are complementary - which means they both give us 90 degrees. We know that all three angles in any triangle must be exactly 180 degrees, so the third angle will be 180 - 90 = 90 degrees. It means that our triangle is a <u>straight triangle</u>. The figure will look more less like in the attachment.

If a and b are positive numbers, find the maximum value of f(x) = xa(7 â x)b on the interval 0 ⤠x ⤠7.
algol [13]
Given f(x)=x^a(7-x)^b on the interval 0 ≤ x ≤ 7, for maximum value, f'(x) = 0.

f'(x)=0 \\  \\ \Rightarrow -bx^{a}(7-x)^{b-1}+ax^{a-1}(7-x)^b=0 \\  \\ \Rightarrow ax^{a-1}(7-x)^b=bx^{a}(7-x)^{b-1} \\  \\ \Rightarrow a(7-x)=bx \\  \\ \Rightarrow (a+b)x=7a \\  \\ \Rightarrow x= \frac{7a}{a+b}
