Answer:

sorry im answering so late but brainliest would be very much appreciated for this one.

A serve in tennis is a shot to start a point. A player will hit the ball with a racquet so it will fall into the diagonally opposite service box without being stopped by the net. Normally players begin a serve by tossing the ball into the air and hitting it. The ball can only touch the net on a return and will be considered good if it falls on the opposite side. If the ball contacts the net on the serve but then proceeds to the proper service box, it is called a let; this is not a legal serve in the major tours although it is also not a fault. Players normally serve overhead, however serving underhand is allowed. The serve is the only shot a player can take their time to set up instead of having to react to an opponent's shot

The forehand in tennis and other racket sports such as table tennis, squash and badminton is a shot made by swinging the racket across one's body with the hand moving palm-first. In tennis, except in the context of the phrase forehand volley, the term refers to a type of groundstroke—a stroke in which the ball has bounced before it is struck. It contrasts with the backhand, the other type of groundstroke. For a right-handed player, the forehand is a stroke that begins on the right side of the body, continues across the body as contact is made with the ball, and ends on the left side of the body. It is considered the easiest shot to master, perhaps because it is the most natural stroke.

The backhand is a tennis shot in which one swings the racquet around one's body with the back of the hand preceding the palm. Except in the phrase backhand volley, the term refers to a groundstroke.

15 POINTS- Easy, PE assignment!
PSYCHO15rus [73]

Answer:

leverage - the exertion of force by means of a lever or an object used in the manner of a lever.

force - strength or energy as an attribute of physical action or movement.

accuracy - the quality or state of being correct or precise

torque - a twisting force that tends to cause rotation.

lift - raise to a higher position or level.

explain: Continually yelling at a pitcher to “throw strikes,” or constantly forcing him to make conscious mechanical changes, is not an effective way to improve command. In many cases, the outcome of this will be the complete opposite.  We know this. We will discuss how we train command and how it can be implemented into team practice in an upcoming post.  Before we get to that, and the use of weighted baseballs and differential command balls to help train command, let’s review the common trap athletes and coaches fall into regarding command improvements.

yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:

The chefs who were preparing food for the company picnic did not know much about safe food handling and the risks of contamination. During preparation, raw chicken was left beside vegetables, including lettuce and tomatoes, that would be used for both the egg salad and the green salad. The chicken, after sliced, were never cooked properly, allowing the bacteria to live. The lettuce and tomatoes were not washed after having touched the raw chicken. Since salads are not cooked, the bacteria on the vegetables were not killed either.

Explanation:

Campylobacter can be found in poultry, like chicken. Contamination can happen with direct contact and not washing foods.
