A serve in tennis is a shot to start a point. A player will hit the ball with a racquet so it will fall into the diagonally opposite service box without being stopped by the net. Normally players begin a serve by tossing the ball into the air and hitting it. The ball can only touch the net on a return and will be considered good if it falls on the opposite side. If the ball contacts the net on the serve but then proceeds to the proper service box, it is called a let; this is not a legal serve in the major tours although it is also not a fault. Players normally serve overhead, however serving underhand is allowed. The serve is the only shot a player can take their time to set up instead of having to react to an opponent's shot

The forehand in tennis and other racket sports such as table tennis, squash and badminton is a shot made by swinging the racket across one's body with the hand moving palm-first. In tennis, except in the context of the phrase forehand volley, the term refers to a type of groundstroke—a stroke in which the ball has bounced before it is struck. It contrasts with the backhand, the other type of groundstroke. For a right-handed player, the forehand is a stroke that begins on the right side of the body, continues across the body as contact is made with the ball, and ends on the left side of the body. It is considered the easiest shot to master, perhaps because it is the most natural stroke.

The backhand is a tennis shot in which one swings the racquet around one's body with the back of the hand preceding the palm. Except in the phrase backhand volley, the term refers to a groundstroke.

How do the number of calories from fat in a serving of each cereal compare?
AysviL [449]

Answer:

(30-gram) serving, while heavier cereals use 2 oz. (55 grams). Most lighter cereals range from 100 calories per cup (think Cheerios or corn flakes) to about 150 calories (Honey Nut Cheerios or Special K Protein). Most heavier cereals (like raisin bran or shredded wheat) hover around 200 calories.

o 40 calories per serving is considered low; o 100 calories per serving is considered moderate; and o 400 calories or more per serving is considered high.

In a healthy diet, about 30 percent of total daily calories should come from fat. This means eating about 50 to 80 grams of fat each day.

There are nine calories in every gram of fat, regardless of what type of fat it is. Fats are more energy-dense than carbohydrates and proteins, which provide four calories per gram.

Experts agree that adolescence is normally a period when serious problems develop.
Anvisha [2.4K]
I believe growing up in this day and age is more difficult than growing up in the 1980's and 1990's. Kids now have to deal with many normal aspects of growing up, and they have to deal with the techonologies that make it even more difficult. Every adult has been through the adolescent growing stages. This includes dealing with growth spurts, voice changes, skin issues, and the normal hormonal changes. How they learn to deal with these changes or in some cases NOT deal with them, will and can ultimately shape the adult they become.
