Answer:

New pressure is 0.534 atm

Explanation:

Given:

Initial volume of the gas, V₁ = 250 mL

Initial pressure of the gas, P₁ = 1.00 atm

Initial temperature of the gas, T₁ = 20° C = 293 K

Final volume of the gas, V₂ = 500 mL

Final pressure of the gas = P₂

Final temperature of the gas, T₁ = 40° C = 313 K

now,

we know for a gas

PV = nRT

where,

n is the moles

R is the ideal gas constant

also, for a constant gas

we have

(P₁V₁/T₁) = (P₂V₂/T₂)

on substituting the values in the above equation, we get

(1.00 × 250)/293 = (P₂ × 500)/313

or

P₂ = 0.534 atm

Hence, the <u>new pressure is 0.534 atm</u>

Bosons &amp; Fermions A new type of quantum object has been discovered. When a large collection of these are cooled to almost ab
Lena [83]

Answer:

Only 2,3,4 are true

Explanation:

Bosons Particles are particles that condense to the same state. Bosons particle have integral spin like 0 , $\hbar$, 2$\hbar, 3$\hbar$, etc. Bosons particles always have asymmetric wave function and there is exchange of particles.

1) It does not obey Fermi_ Dirac statistics

2) It obeys Bose-Einstein statistics

3) The object can have intrinsic spin 2$\hbar

4) Yes the Bosons particle is always symmetric with exchange of particles

5) No Bosons particle are symmetric and not asymmetric

Select Light for the type of wave, adjust the wavelength so that the light is red, and increase the amplitude of the light to th
Sergeu [11.5K]

Answer:

here as we increase the distance the intensity will decrease and hence the amplitude of the electric field will decrease and vice-versa

Explanation:

As wee know that the amplitude of the wave will decide the energy of the wave

Here we know that energy density of electromagnetic wave is given as

u = \frac{1}{2}\epsilon_0E_0^2

now we have

\frac{I}{c} = \frac{1}{2}\epsilon_0 E_0^2

so here we can say that intensity of the wave at the given distance from the source is given by formula

I = \frac{P}{4\pi r^2}

so here as we increase the distance the intensity will decrease and hence the amplitude of the electric field will decrease and vice-versa.
