Answer:B---You will need to hold your head completely still during the examination

Explanation:

A CT scan  of the brain is a diagnostic imaging procedure that uses special X-rays measurements to produce cross sectional images of the brain so as to  provide an extra detailed information or data about brain tissue and structure concerning issues related to injuries or diseases of the brain.

During a brain CT, the X-ray beam moves in a circle around the body, and the scanner of the Ct SCAN xray  starts to rotate around the body detecting the  marked brain's tissues and then transmits the data to the computer. The computer will transmit the data fed into it into an image containing information that can interpreted by the radiologist.

One important procedure amongst others is to remain very still during the procedure so as to allow the right view to be captured by the scanner.

earnstyle [38]

Answer:

c) The occupational health nurse should discuss HIV status with the client.

Explanation:

If you are a nurse you should be very careful when administering vaccines to a patient. Besides taking proper care in the administration of the vaccine, the nurse must be careful not to receive a needle injury to the patient, because some diseases are caused by contact with fluids of the infected human body, one of these diseases is AIDS, caused by HIV virus.

The educational health professional is responsible for this. The attending nurse should not perform an HIV test without the patient's authorization, should not personally ask the patient to take an HIV test, nor can they inform the patient about the need for this test because these practices are considered unethical within of the profession.

blondinia [14]
False. Fitness evaluations are a measure of your own physical ability that are based on scientific measurements that set specific standards. It measures both health and skill-related components of fitness that determines how efficient a person is functioning through movement or fitness. It does not demonstrate a person's athletic superiority but rather a person's dominant ability in the different fitness components. These are measured through various tests and are then recorded and kept for comparisons of your improvement or lack in performance in exercise activities.
