If the electromagnetic radiation is travelling in vacuum, the velocity of the wave should be 3×10^8 m/s
Using the wave formula,
Velocity=wavelength×frequency,
frequency=(3×10^8)/(0.0107)

Answer :  The frequency of electromagnetic radiation will be 2.804\times 10^{10}s^{-1}

Explanation :

As we are given the wavelength = 1.07 cm

conversion used : (1m=100cm)

So, wavelength is  1.07\times 10^{-2}m

The relation between frequency and wavelength is shown below as:

Frequency=\frac{c}{Wavelength}

Where, c is the speed of light having value = 3\times 10^8m/s

So, Frequency is:

Frequency=\frac{3\times 10^8m/s}{1.07\times 10^{-2}m}

Frequency=2.804\times 10^{10}s^{-1}

Therefore, the frequency of electromagnetic radiation will be 2.804\times 10^{10}s^{-1}

if .40 L if water is added to the volume of cup 3, what would be the new molarity of a 2 M solution of kool-aid
stiks02 [169]

Answer:

0.7692 M ≅ 0.77 M.

Explanation:

  • It is known that the no. of millimoles of a solution before dilution is equal to the no. of millimoles of the solution after the dilution.
  • It can be expressed as:

<em>(MV) before dilution = (MV) after dilution.</em>

M before dilution = 2.0 M, V before dilution = 0.25 L.

M after dilution = ??? M, V after dilution = 0.25 L + 0.40 L = 0.65 L.

∴<em> M after dilution = (MV) before dilution/(V) after dilution</em> = (2.0 M)(0.25 L)/(0.65 L) =<em> 0.7692 M ≅ 0.77 M.</em>

24. Element X has five valence electrons, element Y has one valence electron, and element Z has one valence electron. Which two
natka813 [3]
Elements Y and elements Z would have similar properties due to the fact that they both posses the same number of valence electrons. They both have a single valence electron that determines the corresponding elements bonding properties and the fact that it can either donate 1 valence electron to produce an ion that would be attracted to another atom, that is also an ion. Assuming that these elements are group 1 elements, they do not undergo in covalent bonding.

What is the percent composition of a copper chloride compound if a 269 g sample contains 127 g of copper and 142 grams of chlori
Tems11 [23]

Answer:

Explanation:

The whole sample is 269

%copper = 127/269 * 100 = 47.2%

%chlorine = 142/269 * 100 = 52.8%

That's all you are asking. Is there more?
