<span>The first quartile is the same as the median of the data which are less than the overall median. Same as the 25th percentile.

If a polygon is rotated, which of the following characteristics of the polygon will always be the same? Select ALL that apply.
ASHA 777 [7]

Answer:

When we have a rotation about a given point, the distance between the rotated point and the axis of rotation will remain constant, the only thing that changes is the coordinates of the point.

This tell us that the main measures of any rotated shape will not change.

Then the side lengths will remain constant, this implies that the area also remains constant, and this also means that the angle measures should remain the same.

And because the perimeter is equal to the sum of all the side lengths, the perimeter also remains the same.

The only thing that changes will be the coordinates of our polygon.

PLEASE HELP GUYS RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Margarita [4]

Answer:

Im on the same question so dont copy word for word

Step-by-step explanation:

The first error he made is that he didn't do the right steps in order to find the area of the two triangles. Instead he should have done 0.5 X 16 X 15 X 2= 240

Then the area for the three rectangles should be 16 X 8 + 17 x 8 + 17 X 8 = 400

If you add it all together, the surface area is actually 640 square meters.

Walking lights are placed around the perimeter of rectangular garden 30 feet be 16 feet and are placed 18 inches apart. How many
Masteriza [31]
Well we can find the perimeter by using the formula P=2L + 2W
P=2(30) + 2(18)      P=60+36     P=96
I believe we can divide the perimeter by 18 to find the total amount of lights needed.
96÷18=5.333333
So we know at least 5 lights are needed.
I'm not sure if I'm correct, but I hope this helped anyways :)

If f(x) = (x+1)^-1 and g(x) = x-2, what is the domain of f(x) divided by g(x)
Setler [38]
F(x)=(x+1)^-1

f(x)=1/(x+1)  so

f(x)/g(x) is

1/[(x+1)(x-2)]

Since division by zero approaches infinity, it is not a real value, and is said to be undefined.  Division by zero is "not allowed", which just really means that it does not have a real value.  So in this case x cannot equal -1 or 2 so the domain is:

All real numbers except -1 or 2...which can be expressed as:

(-oo,-1),(-1,2),(2,+oo)
