Answer:

yes; y = 1.2(x)

Step-by-step explanation:

Based on the information we know it is yes because x goes up six each time as y increases by 5 each time. So, if we take 6 and divide it by 5 it equals 1.2.

1.2 x 10= 12 (x10,y12)

1.2 x 15=18 (x15,y18)

1.2 x 20 = 24 (x20,y24)

Or we divide y by x and get 1.2 each time, since division is the oppisite of multiplication.

24/20 = 1.2

18/15 = 1.2

12/10 = 1.2

So, the answer should be y=1.2x.

Yes. For every 5 x, y goes up 6, so it's slope is
Y=(6/5)x

2. A lunch stand makes s.75 profit on each chef's salad and $1.20 profit on each Caesar salad. On a typical weekday, it sells be
kow [346]

Let's let

x = the number of chef salads, x>=0

y = the number of Caesar salads, y>=0

The constrains are:

40 <= x <= 60

35 <= y <= 50

x + y <= 100

The objective function here is F(x, y) = 0.75x + 1.20y

The corner points are (40, 35), (60, 35), (60, 40), (50, 50) and (40, 50).

F (40, 35) = 0.75*40 + 1.20*35 = $72

F (60, 35) = 0.70*60 + 1.20*35 = $84

F (60, 40) = 0.75*60 + 1.20*40 = $93

F (50, 50) = 0.75*50 + 1.20*50 = $97.50

F (40, 50) = 0.75*40 + 1.20*50 = $90

Thus, we conclude to maximize the profit 50 Chef and 50 Caesar salads should be prepared.

5 divided by 2,165 equals?
Mekhanik [1.2K]

answer:

1/433 (decimal: 0.002309)

step-by-step explanation:

5/2,165

= 1/433

to change 1/433 to decimal we'll divide the numerator by the denominator-

1÷433

=0.00230946882

so we're going to round to the ten-millionths place

5 or more raise the floor, 5 or less let it rest

4>5

so 0.002309

good luck :)

i hope this helps

brainliest would be highly appreciated

have a nice day!
