Well if the so called drug addicted parents are arrested they could be in and out of a child's life they can also be abused, sold for drugs, forced to do drugs them selfs or they could be left out in the streets or left in a relatives care . I know this feeling its not good I know this from personal experience except mine aren't in my life any more I was left in the arms of my aunt as a baby my aunt was 16. But I hope I helped you!!
