Answer:

Peers, family, media.

Explanation:

In addition to the fact that it is illegal, underage drinking poses a high risk for both individuals and society. For example, the rates of alcohol-related traffic accidents are higher in 16- to 20-year-olds than in those aged 21 and over. Teenagers are also vulnerable to brain damage from ethanol, which can contribute to poor work or school performance. Moreover, the use of these substances by young people is associated with an increased chance of developing alcohol abuse or dependence.

Even with all these problems involved, it is increasingly common for underage people to start drinking alcohol. Often these people are influenced by older peers who offer the drink as a way of socializing and having fun. The media can also be an influence on this behavior, showing how cool drinking is, is current and makes you have friends and be happy. The family is also a factor of influence, as it can contribute to easy access to alcoholic beverages, or establish an abusive relationship causing the young person to seek relief from the drink.

Which of the following BEST explains why using more than one assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness gives a better picture of f
Vika [28.1K]
The correct answer is C.
Cardiorespiratory fitness is a medical term used to describe the capacity of an athlete's body to transfer the necessary oxygen to the muscles and the capacity of the muscles to absorb this oxygen. There are various ways to assess the cardiorespiratory fitness of an athlete, such as the VO2max testing, the Bruce protocol treadmill test, and the beep or bleep test. The more appropriate way to assess the cardiorespiratory fitness is to use a combination of tests since this will give a complete image of the body's fitness level.
