The dog, Duke, would either stand still as a post while Hooper was on the ground, to urge him to get up and continue trying. Or he would do something completely different - he would walk faster and faster, which in turn made Hooper walk faster than he used to, which eventually affected his endurance and stability positively.

Would you choose to be anti-federalists or a federalist and why?
JulsSmile [24]

Answer

Federalist and anti federalist arguments

The Federalists felt that this addition wasn't necessary, because they believed that the Constitution as it stood only limited the government not the people. The Anti- Federalists claimed the Constitution gave the central government too much power, and without a Bill of Rights the people would be at risk of oppression.

icang [17]

Answer:

To evaluate the effectiveness of an argument the reader needs to check if the read and evidences of the author are true and if the logic used in the argument is valid.

Explanation:

The effectiveness of an argument will depend first in the premises, if they are true or false, in this stage you should check sources, facts and evidences to see how reliable is it. The second stage is to check the logic applied, many arguments had false reasoning, which make then invalid or what it is called logic fallacies. If an argument is valid but the premises are not true it won’t be an effective argument, is the premises are true but the logic applied is not correct it won’t be an effective argument too.

irina1246 [14]
The best answer would be Letter B - to entertain.

The author merely would like to provide amusement to the readers at his expense. It certainly does not persuade, explain, nor inform anything since it states - But why bother with the descriptions; you’ve probably already grasped the idea! - which could be taken as a witticism.
