“Anterior” is the anatomical word to refer to something that is located in front of something else or something that is “toward the front” so I think that would be your best answer.
The value of over yourself affects you based on how you see yourself. if you see yourself in a bad way it will affect you in a worse way but if you see yourself in a good way will affect you in a better way. The same goes for when you value someone else
