Answer:

the sum of the length and the width = L +W

Twice the sum of the length and the width = 2L+2W

Perimeter = P = 2L+2W

W idth=28 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi, the sum of the length and the width = L +W

Twice the sum of the length and the width = 2L+2W

Perimeter = P = 2L+2W

Where L is the length and W the width.

Value of the width.

Using the perimeter formula and replacing width the values given:

120 = 2 (32) + 2 W

120 = 64 +2W

120-64 = 2W

56=2W

56/2=W

28 feet =W

Expression 120= (32*2)+(X*2)
Expression: (32+W)*2=12
Expression: p=(l*2)+(w*2)
Width: 28

Y= x^2 -5 solve for x
dexar [7]

Y= x^2 -5

We need to solve for x, we need to get x alone

Y= x^2 -5

Lets start by removing -5

Add 5 on both sides

y + 5= x^2 -5 + 5

y + 5= x^2

Now to isolate x , we need to remove the square from x

To remove square , take square root on both sides

+-\sqrt{y+5} = \sqrt{x^2}

square and square root will get cancelled

+-\sqrt{y+5} = x

So x = +\sqrt{y+5} and  x = -\sqrt{y+5}

Linear Functions <br> 7g+3g-10+3=43<br> Step by step solution? <br> Thankss!❤️
Ivahew [28]
7g + 3g - 10 + 3 = 43

(first combine likes terms)

10g - 7 = 43

(then add 7 to both sides)

10g - 7 = 43
        +7    +7

10g = 50

(then divide by 10 to get what g is equal to)

10g = 50
/10     /10

g = 5
