Consider the prime factorization of 1000:

1000=10\cdot 10\cdot10=(2\cdot5)\cdot(2\cdot5)\cdot(2\cdot5)=2^3\cdot5^3

We see that the prime factorization of 1000 contains 5 repeating three times and 2 repeating three times.

We can keep 5 repeating 3 times,

We can write a prime whose square is larger than 2^3, for example: 7^2

Then we can write any prime which does not repeat, for example 2.

Thus the number we formed is 2 \cdot7^2\cdot5^3=12,250

There is a bag full of red, yellow, and green marbles. There are 3 red, 2 yellow, and 7 green. What is the probability of gettin
statuscvo [17]

Answer:

1/6 and 16.67

Step-by-step explanation:

Add all the marbles, you get 12.

There's 2 out of 12 yellow marbles so you get 2/12

2/12 simplified to 1/6

So 1/6 is the probability as a fraction

Now to get the percentage just divide 100 by 6.

100/6 equals 16.67

Since it's 1/6 we multiply that by one

16.67 times 1 equals 16.67
