5+9+2+8+12+4=40(total rolls)

1:\frac{8}{40} =  \frac{1}{5}
2:\frac{40-8}{40}= \frac{32}{40} =  \frac{4}{5}
3:\frac{9}{40}
4:\frac{40-4}{40}=  \frac{36}{40}  =\frac{9}{10}
5:500×\frac{4}{40}=50

45+25+15+10=95 (total amount of people interviewed)

6:\frac{45}{95}=  \frac{9}{19}

josh bought followers for nancy. he spent a total of $14.85 and bought 13 flowers. if he knows lilies cost $1.25 and tulips cost
Serjik [45]

Answer:

x = lillies

y = tulips

x + y = 13

1.25x + .90y = 14.85

-1.25x - 1.25y = -16.25

1.25x + .90y = 14.85

-0.35y = -1.40

y = 4 tulips

x + 4 = 13

x = 9 lillies

(9 lillies, 4 tulips)

A bag contains 10 marbles:
Len [333]
Total number of marble = 10
3green
2red
5 blue
Probability that the first marble is red = 2/10

Probability that the second is blue = 5/9(a reduction in the total number of marbles, because after the first marble was picked it wasn't replaced)

Probability of 1st and 2nd being red and blue respectively = 2/10 × 5/9
=1/9....

Hope this helped...?

What number between one and 20 has exactly 5 factors
Semmy [17]
Interesting factoid: Only perfect squares have an odd number of factors. So we know to try 4, 9, and 16, and ignore the rest. It's 16, whose factors are 1, 2, 4, 8, and. 16 .
