Objectivity when studying sociology and society in general can have the following drawbacks:

1. Objectivity does not guarantee valid findings- When researching a social phenomenon, if a researcher is objective in his approach, operating on fixed-answer questions and predetermined research questions, he will likely miss out on in-depth and comprehensive answers or explanations to his questions.

2. Objectivity is not possible for all social phenomena since some phenomena or social processes are simply not quantifiable.

Sociology is unique among the many sciences. It truly tries to grasp aspects of human nature and interaction that often go unobserved or untested. However, as far as objectivity goes, some might find this the very reason that sociology cannot be trusted as much as other sciences. The reason many of these things go untested is that they are abstract ideas, this makes it much easier for a scientist testing these ideas to end up including their own opinions in the matter.

How is human development contributory to human resource development
Elena L [17]

Answer:

Hope it will be helpful !

Explanation:

Human resource development is currently as an important strategic approach to improved productivity, efficiency and profitability. However, the level of human resource development which should be the central driving force in the achievement of organisational goals and economic development in Ghana is not encouraging and should be given the needed boost by building the knowledge, skills, working abilities and innate capacities of all the people across the society. This study therefore examines the potential contributions of human resource development to organisations in Ghana in order to make recommendations that will ensure that the required human resource needs are provided. To do this, Asuogyaman District Assembly was selected as a case study. Both primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed. The study found out that 72.5% of staff in the organisation was involved in a training programme. Most staff occasionally had their training needs assessed. Performance management/appraisal and human resource planning are promoted. Human resource development contributes to increased productivity and builds manpower abilities. Based on the findings, it is recommended among others things that; all organisations should establish a human resource development policy that will encourage systematic learning, performance and change as a means to increase productivity.

What was caboceers and what role did they playin the European Slave Trade?
Vitek1552 [10]

Answer:

Caboceers are the native African chiefs that the European Slave traders pick to work with them.

So, the European Slave traders Gave Caboceers a great sum amount of wealth to help them acquire African Slaves. (so they don't have to get their hands dirty)

Caboceers will order the members of their tribes to capture other African people from weaker/smaller tribes and Give those captured to the European. Compared to modern day business, the role of Caboceers probably similar to the role of material supplier.
