Wassup? I am here now to try to explain it for ya!! Hoping you get it!
To find 3/4 of 36, you need to:
- First of all; you need to know what does "Of" mean here? Well, it means "multiply (×)"... So; 3/4 of 36 means 3/4 × 36.
- I guess you should've already learned how to multiply fractions, I did like anybody else. 3/4 × 36 also means (3 × 36) ÷ 4
- After calculating,  you should get 27 as your answer. (100% sure it is the answer)
- Not sure? Confused? Try checking the answer. 3/4 out of 36 = 27, so 1/4 of 36 would be 9(27 ÷ 3) ...
- Want one more proof? What is 9 × 4? 36, of course!!

_ Well, now you should be 100% sure my answer is right! _
                                        Good Luck!!

A copier prints 80 pages in 5 minutes.
DochEvi [55]
The correct answer is D, 16 pages per minute. A unit rate is a ratio of something to one; in this case, the ratio is 16:1, or 16 pages to 1 minute. To get the unit rate for this problem, divide both numbers by 5 to get how many pages will be printed per 1 minute. 80/5 = 16, so the copier prints 16 pages in 1 minute. Answer choices A and B are not unit rates, and answer choice C is the incorrect unit rate.

Hope this helps!
