Exercises which can improve your performance in each area do not necessarily have to directly relate to the fitness testing. Although you can say that you can improve your performance in each area by doing the fitness testing activity regularly.
Exercises for each area include:
Cardiorespiratory endurance: swimming, jogging/running, walking, biking, rowing
Muscular strength/endurance: weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, resistance training
Flexibility: stretching, yoga, pilates

Stronger bone mass increases the bone marrow mass - which produces more blood cells (good for the cardiovascular system). If you manage stress, your heart rate would not increase (good for the cardiovascular system)
