3 friends, because 1/4th x 2 = 2/8th so if there is 7/8th of the pizza left,2x3=6 so you can give each friend 2/8 or 1/4 of the pizza. I hope this helped  :)

3 cuz when you do Keep Change Flip you keep 7/8 you change division to multiplication and then you flip 1/4 to 4/ 1 and then multiply across. 7 * 4 is 28/ and 8 * 1 is 8, and then when you simplify it you will get three and three eighths. since you have 3/8 over that is not a full 1/4 so the maximum amount of people that will receive one fourth of the pizza will be 3
