Explain why it is important to understand that the adolescent brain is only 80% developed

When the brain is at an adolescent stage, the misunderstand me can be very fatal. Many teenagers, don't understand that when the brain is at this stage of developing, taking drugs, and drinking alcohol, can damage the areas left in your brain.
