Hi! :)

The answer is A, here's why:

When tipping at a restaurant, first you need to figure out how much you're tipping. You need to move the decimal left 2 places on how much you tip. So for 20%, you get .20

Then to figure out how much to tip for 20%, you would multiply that .20 by how much the bill was and that's your tip. So .20*30=6. Your tip should be 6 dollars, and the formula for that is t=.20b

A would be the answer to this problem. To find any tip, you usually calculate it by percentage . So to find the percentage of the bill, you multiply it by the percentage which is divided by 100. So A, t=0.20b would be the answer.

Answer:

x=6 . m<PQS=82 m<SQR=61 :)

Step-by-step explanation:

(13x+4) + (10x-1) = 141

combine like terms

23x+3=141

subtract 3 from both sides

23x=138

divide both sides by 23

x=6

substitute x into both original equations

m<PQS=13(6)+4

m<PQS=78+4

m<PQS= 82

m<SQR=10(6)+1

m<SQR=60+1

M<SQR=61
