8 0

Answer;

0.01 percent.

Explanation;

For individuals younger than 21, it is illegal to drive with a BAC (Blood alcohol concentration) of 0.01 and higher.

Blood alcohol concentration is determined by the quantity of alcohol consumed, body weight, food eaten, and how quickly drinks were consumed.

Driving under the influence of intoxicating beverages means that your judgement and senses are impaired by alcohol.

-It is illegal for any person to operate a vehicle with a: BAC of 0.08% or higher, if the person is 21 years old or older. BAC of 0.01% or higher, if the person is under 21 years old.

Fault trees are an approach to hazard analysis that, for each identified hazard, break down that hazard to find how that hazard
Alexus [3.1K]

Hazards are placed at the root of the tree and determining the cause of the hazard is the correct option for the following hazard analysis questions.

Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) explores how selected “top” faults (abnormal conditions) or fault events such as accidental/unwanted releases of hazardous materials can be resolved to their causes. Hazard analysis is defined as the process of gathering and interpreting information about the hazards and conditions leading to their existence in order to determine what is food safety related and must be addressed in the HACCP plan. Hazard analysis is used as the first step in the risk assessment process. The result of hazard analysis is the identification of different types of hazards. A hazard is a potential condition that may or may not exist.

How do contractile vacuoles help amoebas maintain homeostasis?
givi [52]
Single celled organisms such as amoebas, especially those that live in fresh water, continually gain water from their surrounding environment by osmosis. This water is pumped into a contractile vacuole which fills with fluid and periodically fuses with the cell membrane, releasing its contents to the exterior. Thus the amount of water actively transported out of the cell is equal to the amount of water entering the cell due to osmosis and there are no variations in the tonicity of the cell. This is homeostasis at a simple level. Without the contractile vacuole, the amoeba would continue to absorb water until its cytoplasmic contents were diluted to such an extent that metabolism no longer occurred and it would die.

 • The chordae tendineae are a group of tough, tendinous strands in the heart.
 • The chordae tendineae play a vital role in holding the atrioventricular valves in place while the heart is pumping blood.
 • The chordae tendineae connect the papillary muscles to the tricuspid valve and the mitral valve in the heart.
 • Papillary muscles are located in the ventricles of the heart. They attach to the cusps of the atrioventricular valves via the chordae tendineae and contract to prevent inversion or prolapse of these valves.
