28 ÷ 8 = 3.5

So, 21 symphonies are equal to 28 concerts. 

Lets divide to see how many concerts are equal to 42 symphonies and the multiply to get our final answer. 

42 ÷ 6 = 7

7 × 8 = 56.

So, 56 concerts are equal to 42 symphonies.
