<span>let 'N' be a substitute for a number example 1/3(n)=n-12 then now we can multiply by 3 so we can get it n=3n-36 now get n onto the same side of the equation so we get 2n=36.after that divide by 2 we get n=18.</span>

What is the solution of the system when just looking at the equations? No Graph!
Kaylis [27]

The slope-intercept form: y = mx + b

m - slope

b - y-intercept

y = 5x + 2 and y = 5x – 8

m = 5                 m = 5

b = 2                  b = -8

When comparing equations:

1. Put in <u>slope-intercept</u> form.

2. Compare the <u>slopes and the y-intercepts</u>!

This system has <u>no solution.</u>

Because we have the same slopes and different y-intercepts.

If the slopes are the same and the y-intercepts are the same, then that system has infinitely many solutions.

If the slopes are different, then that system has one solution.

2 gross finger puppets; 2 gross bookmarks; 4 gross assorted pencils; 2 gross animal erasers; 2 gross foam craft kits; 2 gross glow in the dark stickers.

This gives 14 gross prizes; 14*144 = 2016.
Expecting 225 guests, with 8 prizes per bag = 225*8 = 1800

This gives enough extra for 27 more bags, in case more people than expected show up.

The function f(x) = x + 3 represents the length of a rectangle. The function g(x) = 12x − 5 represents the width of the rectangl
Furkat [3]

Answer:

  186

Step-by-step explanation:

The area is given by ...

  (f • g)(3) = f(3) • g(3) = (3+3) • (12•3 -5) = (6)(31)

  (f • g)(3) = 186
