Some might argue that cardiovascular exercise is more important than strength or muscle training. Do you agree or disagree with

I agree. cardio is required to help keep your heart healthy. muscle fitness is important because your body is constantly working, thus needing to have the energy to keep going throughout the day. working out can give your muscles memory and help make things easier on a daily basis.

Answer: I personally agree with this statement. Mostly due to the fact that you don't take care of your heart health (like not doing cardio, not smoking, and eating fatty foods) your heart deteriorates over time which can cause a heart attack or stroke.

I would describe this component in my own words by saying component is flexibility by saying that the three components of flexibility are muscle elasticity and length, joint structure and nervous system. Yes, these components of fitness are very important as they help us do the things in our daily lives. I would say the nerve system is more important than the rest with the joint structure coming in second place.
