How do i graph y -3(-3)=-1/2(x-(0))

Y - 3(-3) = -1/2(x - 0)
y + 9 = -1/2x
y = -1/2x - 9

u have a slope of -1/2.....u have a y int of -9 or (0,-9)
ur x int can be found by subbing in 0 for y and solving for x
y = -1/2x - 9
0 = -1/2x - 9
1/2x = -9
x = -9 * 2
x = -18....so ur x int is -18 or (-18,0)

so plot ur intercepts....(0,-9) and (-18,0)...and since u have a slope of -1/2....start at (-18,0)...and go down 1 space and to the right 2 spaces...plot that...then down 1 and to the right 2...plot that....keep doing this and u will cross the y axis at (0,-9).....connect ur plotted points and u have ur line
