Explanation: If you have sneakers or sandals on without socks then you can get blisters then it will stay there for a while, and it can even get infected. please wear socks with shoes!!

What happens if you use your running shoes without socks? You'll reduce your shoe life due to sweat damaging the lining and insole. You'll be more apt to get blisters or abrasions from the shoe stitching. Your shoes will, sooner or later, smell so bad that even you won't want to be in the same room with them.
