Okay, so the total cookies is given by 22 cookies (the ones given to the students) plus 27 cookies (the ones left over) Therefore there were 49 cookies in total. Subtract the 24 cookies from the first batch, and you have 25 cookies remaining, which is the total from the second batch.

25 cookies.

24 cookies in the first batch
Unknown in the second, let's call it "x".
The total amount of cookies is the amount of cookies eaten by students (22) as well as the amount left (27).
We can set these equivalent to one another:
24+x=22+27
24+x=49
subtract 24 from both sides
24+x=49
-24     -24
x=25
So, there were 25 cookies in the second batch.

Assume that you ate 3/4 of a bag of popcorn and the person next to you ate 4/5 of a bag of popcorn.
AlekseyPX

Answer: The person next to you ate more popcorn.

Step-by-step explanation:

3 divided by 4 is 0.75, which is equivalent to 75%. 4 divided by 5 is 0.8, which is equivalent to 80%. Now that you've calculated the percentages of how much they ate, you can assume that 80 > 75 (80 is greater than 75).

How can I solve these problems
KATRIN_1 [288]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Easy the three angles of a triangle equal 180 degrees

so 60+75 = 135 --> 180-135=

1) 145

2) 35

3)  no since the tops a 100 and its a Isosceles triangle two corners left it be 40 for each corner

4) 34 for both x's cause 34+34+112. = 180

5) 180- 120= 60- 10 = 50/4 is (12.5)= x

6) x = 15 cause it be 120- 60 to get 60
