What culture migrated to Canada and why?

If I remember correctly, ten of thousands of years ago, nomads from Asia followed their prey and crossed the Bering Strait or Beringa and slowly migrated towards what is now known as Quebec (a province of Canada) because the temperature/weather was better (and so there was more food and fertile lands).

This is an andwer I will give you going back to Canadian History So I am Canadian and the fact that you asked about what culture migrated to Canada, was the British and the French that came here from the early 1600s to 1800s when Canada was being formed. It is also due to language, because those people who migrated from france spoke French and those who migrated from Great Britain spoke old english. And so the Culture that migrated from Canada was mostly the British and the french thag try to colonize our Country.

The Erie Canal connects the Hudson River in Albany with Lake Erie in Buffalo. DeWitt Clinton, governor of New York, asked for its creation in the early 19th century in order to have a navigable water route from New York City to the Great Lakes.

In the 18th century, the lack of railwails in this area made water the most profitable shipping route for bulk goods (i.e. large quantities of merchandise not packaged in usual containers, such as coal, oil, chemicals, sugar).
