Example AABB  X aabb , then we got the gametes  AB and ab .  This represent  AB and ab are the alles of the gamete only . A allele is the alternative form of gene , if one is dominant other one is recessive.

Chronic diseases, on the other hand, are long-developing diseases. The symptoms have been present for long time and it worsens as time progresses. Examples of this are Osteoporosis and heart disease.

if crossing over does not occur, the products are parental gametes. If crossing over occurs, the products are recombinant gametes. Meaning they are mixed.

Explanation:

If crossing over doesn't occurs then you wouldn't really mix the 2 parental alleles so you couldn't have a genotype without mixing.
