The USDA recommends that whole grains make up at least what percentage of our daily grain intake?
arlik [135]
The most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans, released in January 2011, recommend that all adults eat at least half their grains as whole grains – that’s at least 3 to 5 servings of whole grains. Even children need 2 to 3 servings or more. Recommendations in Canada’s Food Guide are almost exactly the same. (Not surprising, since the human body changes little from country to country!)

What is the difference between cardio and strength training activities
tigry1 [53]
The difference is that cardio focuses mainly on your cardiovascular system which is vital in activities such as running, swimming etc. Strength training is mainly based on well, strength. How much weight can be lifted. so the difference really speaks for itself. A runner will mostly do cardio whereas a football player will mainly focus on strength. Svetradugi [14.3K]
A X-Ray is to show any bone in the human body but only particularly 1. X-rays are faster to do and what they are for is to show a fracture or broken bone that will need to get treated to heal the broken or fractured bone. a CT scan takes a series of X-ray images taken from different angles around your body and uses computer processing to create cross-sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside your body. a MRI scan is to look at organs and structures inside your body. Health care professionals use MRI scans to diagnose a variety of conditions, from torn ligaments to tumors.
