Answer:

15°

Explanation:

Let the height of the window be 'h'

Let the angle the second ladder make with the ground be 'Ф'

From the image uploaded, height of the window 'h' will be calculated from figure a

Using SohCahToa; we calculate the height of the window 'h' that 10-foot ladder must reach.

sine30 = opposite/hypotenuse

sine 30 = h/10ft

h = 10ft × sine30

h = 10ft × 0.5

h= 5ft; height of the window is 5 foot

using figure b and substituting  the value of h as 5ft, will calculate 'Ф' for 20-foot ladder

sine Ф = 5ft/20ft

sine Ф = 1/4

sine Ф = 0.25

Ф = arc sine (0.25)

Ф = 14.4775°

Ф ≅ 15°

What is the formula for determining the number of possible hosts on a network?

2**(32 - netmask) - 2 = number of nodes available

The netmask is in CIDR (Common Internet Domain Routing) notation, without the slash.

One of the nodes would be needed for a router or else you can't communicate with other networks.

Suppose there are 69 packets entering a queue at the same time. Each packet is of size 7 MiB. The link transmission rate is 1.7
svp [43]

Answer:

69.08265412 milliseconds

Explanation:

Lets first convert 7 MiB to bits

7*1024*1024*8=58720256 bits

Now convert bits to Gbits

58720256/10^{9}  =0.058720256 Gbits

Queuing Delay = Total size/transmission link rate

Queuing Delay= \frac{0.058720256}{1.7} =0.03454132706 seconds

Delay of packet number 3 = 0.03454132706*2=0.06908265412 seconds

or 0.06908265412= 69.08265412 milliseconds

D. To ensure that the software adheres to technical standards

Explanation:

The responsibility of the software architect is to ensure that all parts of the software system are able to meet the requirements set forth by the project or specifications, in this case, the technical standards.  This is an important piece of the software system because without it, the software system may not perform the necessary functions that it was written to do.

Cheers.

p1: A^3 = 27

P2:C^2 =25

P3: p1 +B =31

P4:P3*4 =124

P5:P4-P2 =99
