All the the options besides respect would pretty much be the opposite of a healthy relationship because they all contribute to bad behavior which is not good for healthy relationship .so the answer would be respect
it's def hard, it will a very long time to heal. But once you get over this learning phase it’s easier to analyze why you were wrong. It’ll be easier if you blame yourself instead of the other person because thinking about the past will only hurt you more.

Although even this answer perhaps couldn't be considered true because assertive people can have a positive attitude and respect towards other people it's just that in their case they respect themselves more and have a more positive view of themselves as well.
