\log_4(\log_42x)=1

Take both sides as powers of 4:

4^{\log_4(\log_42x)}=4^1\implies\log_42x=4

Do it again:

4^{\log_42x}=4^4\implies2x=(2^2)^4=2^8\implies x=2^7=128
