Plea bargaining

Explanation:

Sal is arrested on suspicion of armed robbery. His lawyer and he engage in plea bargaining with the prosecuting attorney so that Sal can be granted immunity from prosecution for that serious crime.

Plea bargaining is a legal process that involves a prosecutor and a defendant in which the defendant pleads guilty to lesser charge in exchange for a reduce sentencing or for charges to be dropped. With plea bargaining, criminal cases can be settled out of court and there are three types of plea bargaining; charge bargaining, count bargaining and sentence bargaining.

Amiraneli [1.4K]

If we define extrasensory perception as the ability to gain information by some means other than the ordinary senses, It is possible that in certain circumstances and certain people could do that. However, I don't think that all people can develop this ability without sensory input. I believe that there are some people gifted with this talent or ability. For example there were cases in which the police force called a medium to help them solve crimes and the information that they received was genuine.
