The answer is C

Chemical properties or chemical changes are the ones which include changes that alter the identity of a substance. For example: burning of any substance which is also called combustion. You burn a piece of paper it changes its identity. It was cellulose fibres earlier now it’s ash after burning.
You burn petrol it was mixture of hydrocarbons but when burnt it changes to smoke which is just gases like carbon dioxide or nitrogen oxides. This is a chemical change

Changing of states is a physical change not chemical change. Think of meeting of ice the water molecules which were in solid state after melting become water molecules in the liquid state. Similarly, the evaporation or boiling will change the water molecules in the liquid state to the gaseous state also called its vapor state. These do not change identity it’s just the water molecules always may it be any state, solid, liquid or gaseous. So, boiling point and melting point are physical properties not chemical. The identity remains same during these processes.

Mass and color are not chemical properties. They don’t change identity when you measure them. If you weigh yourself on weight u won’t change into something else.

How many grams of hydrogen reacts with 32 g of oxygen to produce 34 g of hydrogen peroxide
nordsb [41]

Answer:

2 grams.

Explanation:

H2 + O2 --->  H2O2

Using molar masses:

2*1 g hydrogen   reacts with 2*16  g oxygen.

N2+3H2—> 2NH3 What volume of NH3 at STP is produced if 25.0g of N2 is reacted with an excess of H2 ?
Butoxors [25]

Answer:

The answer to your question is 40 L of NH₃

Explanation:

Data

Volume of NH₃ = x

mass of N₂ = 25 g

mass of H₂ = excess

Balanced chemical reaction

                     N₂  +  3H₂   ⇒  2NH₃

Process

1.- Find the molar mass of N₂ and NH₃

N₂ = 14 x 2 = 28g

2NH₃ = 2[ 14 + 3] = 34 g

2.- Write a proportion to solve this problem

                    28 g of N₂ --------------- 34 g of NH₃

                     25 g of N₂ -------------   x

                     x = (25 x 34)/28

                     x = 30.36 g of NH₃

3.- Calculate the volume of NH₃

                     17 g of NH₃ -------------- 22.4 L

                     30.36 g of NH₃ --------  x

                     x = (30.36 x 22.4) / 17

                     x = 40 L

When does star formation begin?
arlik [135]

Answer: Star formation begins when the denser parts of the cloud core collapse under their own weight/gravity. These cores typically have masses around 104 solar masses in the form of gas and dust. The cores are denser than the outer cloud, so they collapse first.

Hope this helped! :))

How can acceleration occur?
prisoha [69]

Answer:

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with time. ... Acceleration occurs anytime an object's speed increases or decreases, or it changes direction. Much like velocity, there are two kinds of acceleration: average and instantaneous. Average acceleration is determined over a "long" time interval.
